Mr. Irdzwan Hakimi Bin Azri

Managing Director

Mr. Irdzwan Hakimi was appointed as Managing Director on 1st September 2020. Mr. Hakimi specialises in corporate and commercial operations and also wide-ranging experience in various capacities such as management, administration, leadership and development from the various positions held throughout 10 years. He holds a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering Aeronautic (Hons) in Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, Johor. Irdzwan Hakimi began his career at Petronas Carigali Sdn. Bhd. (a subsidiary of Petroliam National Berhad) from 2014 to 2017 as a Mechanical Engineer. Subsequently, in 2018 he co-founded and assumed the role as Director of Vectra Solutions Services Sdn. Bhd., a company with interests in digital marketing, printing and advertising. Prior to joining MFPSB, Mr. Hakimi appointed as Business Development Manager at Dynamic Guardforce Sdn. Bhd. and delivered the establishment of sales nationwide in security sector.

Mr. Faizal Bin Mustafa Kamal

Senior Manager

Mr. Faizal was appointed as a Senior Manager on January 2021. His background is in Corporate Finance and Security Business Development & Management with almost 8 years in experiences. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Finance at MARA University of Technology. He began his career in Corporate Finance at Bank Islam and Imperessia (M) Sdn. Bhd. for almost 5 Years before he got a role as a Senior Manager in MF Protection Sdn. Bhd. to define and implement the organization’s business strategy aligned with business objectives.

Mrs. Nurhafizatul Sharina binti Zulkifli

Senior Human Resources Manager

Mrs. Sharina is our Senior Human Resources Manager with 9 years of experience in HR within security services industry, specializing in talent acquisition, employee relations, security compliance, and performance management. Holds a Diploma in Accounting at Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan College. Started her career as a Human Resources Executive at ESSE Marketing Consultancy on 2018. She possesed vast knowledge and experienced in strategic HR Leadership to lead our HR Team with the human resources policies in security services business.

Mrs. Puteri Norfatin binti Razalan

Senior Admin & Marketing Manager

Mrs. Fatin is our Senior Administration and Marketing Manager with over 9 years of experience in the Strategic Business Marketing. Also skilled in overseeing administrative operations and executing effective marketing strategies. Holds a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality at Politeknik Muadzam Shah. Started her career in Marketing since 2015 at Safari Bird Park & Wonderland (3 Years) and Ekovest Construction Sdn. Bhd. (6 Years). She leads our Marketing and Procurement Team to ensure and improve internal efficiency and enhance the company’s market presence.
